Clouds darkened the skies at Somerville Super Stadium as 1792 spectators turned up for the match. was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Ruben Pasquino and Adrián Poblet. EVILinc started off with a 2-5-3 lineup. Starters: Tuckey - Tinozzi, Scott - Roberts, Hutton, Chí Minh, Skipper, Naik - Koula, Baratović, Faulkner.

BROTHERHOOD decided to use a 5-4-0 set up. Lineup: Veliu - Filip, Rennie, Ghosh, Schmed, Vogel - Cheraghchi, Baldachki, Fiutkowski, Wakelam -.

After some beautiful movement down the left wing, Jarrod Skipper scored for EVILinc putting them ahead 1 - 0, after 5 minutes. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave Jamie Scott from EVILinc a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 27 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! EVILinc put themselves up 2 - 0 when Martino Tinozzi broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. 29 minutes into the game, BROTHERHOOD had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to poor. Miroslav Baratović should probably have put his team up another goal after 33 minutes after breaking through the middle, but some great goalkeeping by Curr Veliu kept the visitors in the game. Some things can only be learned through experience, and Jamie Scott should take his lesson to heart after nearly gifting BROTHERHOOD a goal with 41 minutes of the match played. With 42 minutes played, EVILinc put themselves up 3 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to Stewart Hutton, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. 3 - 0 was the halftime score. EVILinc enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 77 percent of possession.

A review of the gameplan helped BROTHERHOOD get back to a passable organisation when the referee blew his whistle again. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of EVILinc to 4 - 0 as Miroslav Baratović finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. By now, the players in EVILinc felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. Lê Chí Minh squirmed through their central defence after 76 minutes, increasing the lead to 5 - 0. 78 minutes into the game, BROTHERHOOD seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to passable. Jarrod Skipper increased the lead for EVILinc to 6 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in EVILinc's Miroslav Baratović increasing the lead to 7 - 0. 82 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as Stewart Hutton broke through, making the score 8 - 0 for EVILinc. Possession in this half belonged to EVILinc, who controlled the ball 75 percent of the time.

Most important EVILinc player was Miroslav Baratović. Tika Tuckey turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating BROTHERHOOD player was without a doubt Matthew Wakelam. However, Robert Filip made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 8 - 0.
